Intake, Exhaust, 100 Oct, tune, 560whp 600ftlb

Granted it is 100 octane, I still find that very impressive.

Sick. Can't wait to see the numbers they put out when companies release bigger turbo kits for them.

While my M3 makes 650hp, it does not make nowhere near that torque. Awesome numbers.

Similar power is being made with even less modifications.

With a JB4, Meth and a E30 blend 550 WHP was achieved.

SEE HERE (http://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1054785)

I guess Tony at VTT already sent EAS a set of modified turbos (like his N54 units). Results should be out shortly after SEMA when testing continues. Should be interesting to see what kind of numbers they achieve. Like Tony's N54 upgrades I am willing to bet these new S55 turbos will not run out of breath so quickly.

Now we just have to wait to see how long people can run this power before blowing anything up.

From my understanding the internals of this engine are substantially improved over the N55. People have made crazy power reliably from N55 and N54's for a while!

Should bode well though with anything new the chances are greater.

I had my N54 at 450hp for 20,000kms with not a single issue. No doubt the S55 will be reliable, but every car has its breaking point.

The M4 is starting to look more and more like a good option to replace my M3. At first I wasn't sold, figured that the M division had squeezed every pony they could out of the S55 engine. Clearly I was wrong and this thing is a beast.

I only watched the second video the car itself looks awsome and impressive numbers but sounds horrible. I couldn't imagine driving that everyday.
