I have an older HP server for sale that I no longer have use for. it is configured as follows.
Processor: AMD Opteron 865 1.8GHZ dual core
Number of processors: 4
Cache: 1 MB integrated Level 2 (L2)
Chipset: AMD Opteron 8000 Series
Memory: 128 GB (maximum), PC2100 DDR SDRAM, PC2700 DDR SDRAM, PC3200 DDR SDRAM 14 GB currently installed
Storage: 1.2 TB (maximum), Currently 4 73GB 10krpm SCSI drives installed.
Form factor: 4U
Operating systems: Microsoft Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, SUSE Linux Enterprise Server, VMware, Oracle Solaris
Still an awesome piece of equipment for powerful processing, or use as a game server, etc.
only downside to this server is it is quite loud.
looking for $250 obo.
