I am not sure if this show is a flash back to before Jimmy became Saul, or after Saul ran, and has become Jimmy.

The beginning shows the events after BB, because I remember in BB Saul made reference to being a manager at a Cinnabon to lay low. Everything after that scene is events prior to BB as Jimmy

The show is so epic. It is slower then most shows but it is so well written and keeps you interested. Never imagined Saul being such a dimensional character from what we saw of him on Breaking Bad. Loving this show so much and can't believe there's only episodes 2 left!

Damn, I knew he was gonna get screwed over but I didn't realize it was his brother screwing him over until he made the call. I expected HMM to poach it from him after the case was well underway because they were using their resources and lawyer in the previous episode.

Enjoyed the first season too. Season finale was a bit slow but it wraps things up nicely for him to start being Saul Goodman.....(It's all good...man...) ;) Have to admit that my wife and I find Jimmy likeable - even when he's being a little sleazy. Like when he was defending those kids that broke into the morgue.

One thing that I'm a little confused over is at the start of the season they showed him in disguise working at a Cinnabon. He was scared of some thug looking guy that walked in. I expected they would wrap that part up in the last episode. Not sure where that fits in now. Maybe next season?

I doubt we see much more of that for a while. I am pretty sure that occurs after BB which isn't really the scope of the show.

That shows the audience what happened to him after Breaking Bad. He even went home afterwards and watched his old Saul Goodman commercials on tape.

Yeah I watched it but my AMC reception has been flickering pretty bad lately so I'll have to watch it online again. Looks like a decent episode to pick up the story from the last season.

It's probably the slowest show out there that makes you want to binge watch and need the next episode ASAP. Really well done IMO.

Depends on what you're looking for. If you're the type of viewer that's expecting explosive action and catch phrases you can repeat ad nauseum, it's probably not for you. But if you like well written stories with good character development and fantastic acting, then it's just as good as Breaking Bad. Anyone who's given up on Better Call Saul really watched it expecting it to be just like Breaking Bad when it's not. On another forum I'm on, someone described it as a really good slow show which describes it very well.

The first season takes a bit to get going, but I really like the series. Season 3 was pretty intense and just about every episode I felt it was cut short cause I wanted more. I'm already getting antsy waiting for the next season to start.

It takes a while for the show to start. MY GOD is it slow. Some parts were badly written and dragged on waay longer than needed to be with over acting. But once the show got going it is actually pretty good.

If you're a fan of Breaking Bad, then you might like it simply because you already know how some of these characters end up. I personally like these 'prequels', if you will, because you get to learn how these characters came to be. As mentioned before... less action than BB, but the writing and direction is top-notch. Looking forward to season 4.
