I am looking for one of those back stretchers that you hang outside down and it pulls your back into alignment . Anyone use one of these, and which do you recommend ?

I went with this one:
http://www.amazon.ca/Ironman-5201-Gravity-Inversion-Table/dp/B000VSJH8C/ref=sr_1_12?ie=UTF8&qid=1417454116&sr=8-12&keywords=inversion+table
Seems solid, well built, works for me.

The Teeter Hang-Ups units seem well liked, but honestly I don't see much difference between the expensive ones, and the cheaper ones. Saw a few on Kijiji when I was looking, but wan't convinced I could fit them in my car, and the Amazon one was about the same price anyway.

Get one that has a comfortable securing mechanism. I have an inversion table which clamps down on your ankles and once you flip upside down all the weight is pulling on your feet. It's rather uncomfortable at first but I started getting used to it. I wish it had a bit more padding however.

That's the same one I have but with a different name on it. Bought it off kijiji for $25.

Do they work good? My spine always feels like it's being squished from sitting in a desk lots of the day.

By the way, anyone have one for sale?

When used regularly they can certainly help but don't expect miracles the first time you use one. I have noticed a difference when I was using it but have since stopped, for no good reason really. I'm going to have to get BACK into it now that you mentioned it. ;)

Never use an inversion table on your own. Have a look here.
