Resizing partitions on SSD?

Hey, I've got two partitions on my SSD and need to resize them. (one is my main windows install, the other is My Documents). Is there a safe way to do this? I've used Acronis in the past, however, I'm not sure it's safe to do with a SSD.

SSD is no different than a spinning HD as far as partitions go.

I usually use gparted.
