So my gf won some sweet seats last night but she has to work and can't go so I told her to sell them.

They're two tickets, section 120 row 7 seats 11/12, New Years Eve against Edmonton.

Face value is $360/ea.

What's a reasonable amount for both? $1,000? Given the location they seem like damn near the best seats in the house and the night it seems like they'd probably go for more.

I'd say they're worth 360$ each.

I wasn't aware of any great premium for NYE Flames tickets.

Yeah the value of them aren't going to go up given that it's NYE. It's not like the dome turns into party central that night. In fact the game would end at like 10:30 the latest so there's lot of time for people to go out and party elsewhere haha

You'd be lucky to get face value for them

I would agree with this. Most tickets sell for just under season ticket value not face value. Best suggestion is to check Calgary Puck and price them similar to the tickets there.

Tickets are super easy to come by this season.

My guess is youll be lucky to get $500 for both.

Not what I expected but I really appreciate the feedback. Guess I'll suggest her to start at face value and see what happens :)

Someone in the marketplace is looking for these. Start there.

Hard to say, I would definitely start above face value then work your way down; After all, anything is profit. You could get lucky and find someone like you, who thinks the value of the tix go up on NYE and is willing to pay above face value. Although I would think selling Avison Young seats above face value could be difficult because the AY club means nothing to most people.

Also for what its worth, the 'best seats in the house' are second level first row at centre ice.

Are they? I thought I was lucky to get some season tix this year because the flames are so exciting to watch.
