The best Rum Cake I've had was in Bermuda. They ship internationally, just look up the Bermuda Rum Cake Company and Hortons Bermuda Black Rum Cakes.

I have the receipe for this one (Minus the Tortuga rum , I use Mount Gay white rum instead). Awesome receipe and every time it disappears as soon as I serve it.
