Chevy Bolt EV Concept

New Chevy Volt was unveiled today, but the Chevy Bolt EV Concept will probably get more attention. 4-seater with 200 miles range with target price of $30k in the US, probably after Federal incentives.

The rumor mill says to expect a new Crossvolt SUV as well. Basically a crossover version of the Volt.

The Bolt is a neat idea, no competition for anything Tesla makes though.

I think the concept is that many see the Tesla as the only viable EV. So anything else on the market, especially if it is cheaper, competes.

Good point. Thinking Tesla is pretty much the only "long range" EV on the market right now, anything that comes close to Teslas range would compete.
