Wifi issue after forwarding ports

K. I need some help, I forwarded ports for my Xbox to get away from my strict nat which worked perfectly for my Xbox, I set up a MAC address and stuff and it works now, the issue I have now is that my wifi for everything is not working very well if at all, sometimes connects but super slow. I just moved my router (Cisco smart router) to a. Ore open place and it's worse than it was when it was behind my printer. I don't know what I am missing but wifi on phone doesn't work or on my laptop

I just single port forwarded not range or anything else.

Sounds like a crappy router.

All jokes aside, if your router doesn't have UPnP I'd just set the xbox in a DMZ.

router has upnp, I reset router to factory, did not forward any ports, hoping to get faster wifi on the phones still though, xbox nat is open currently, but who knows for how long
