Like the general populus, I love Shanghai Noodles.
They just kick ass.

My favourite are from this restaurant in Chinatown, I don't know the name but its on the east side of Center st. and is on the corner and 2nd floor. Its a real diner atmosphere, what with the TVs and one mirrored wall, but when they bring on the food, I die just a little inside. Yum.

Where do you think they have the best Shanghai Noodles?

I love the Shanghai Noodles at Sun Chiu Kee. The sauce is sweeter compared with other places and they make the meat strips really thin so it is easier to chew. They also use sour cabbage so it is crunchy.
