Honda part number 72115-S6A-J01.
It's a black box with 2 male plugs connected to the passenger door latch and lock/door open control rods.
I need one for my RSX. It's a multi-fit parts across Accords and CRVs etc starting 2003 so if you got any of these cars parting out give me a shout.
