Westpark tickets/Wiggins Adjustments!?

Anyone else dealt with them?
So I know a lot of forums say not to pay these guys, I always pay my city tix of course... But has anyone received a "Notice of Authorization to forward file to legal counsel with request to file suit" from Wiggins Adjustments?? Apparently I owe $170 bucks.

Do I worry now or is it just an empty threat. :dunno:

Doubt they will send a lawyer to a court room for $170 owed.

Wait until you get something from an actual lawyer (sounds like its just from their accounting department) and take it from there.

I got a $45 ticket from them recently.
I paid the $15 to park til 8am the next day near my buddies house. But I got drunk and took a cab home and wasn't able to get to my vehicle until the next day so I got a $45 ticket. I am thinking of just sending them a cheque for $15 and seeing how that goes...

Something about sending/making any form of payment is an automatic sign of guilt, and then they really have something to go on. I wouldn't do it IMO.

I am guilty, i just dont' want to spend $45 on the ticket. they can have the $15 and eat my butthole
