older rap remix's help

Long shot, but does anyone remember a bunch of hiphop/rap remix songs from around early 2000ish, they all had a similar intro of some guy saying a name then "remix...remix...reeeeeemixx" then the song would start up. shitty description I know, its all I could remember. They did some DMX songs, ice cube and IIRC Eminem and many more, mostly mashed 2 songs together. Couple of us at work got talking about old songs, and this came up but no one could remember the name, or what the guy said in the intro.
