Before I pickup the phone and call Fido to cancel my plan, Do they offer replacement phones like Rogers? (For like $50) Like if you lost yours or got it stolen?

Thanks! :)

how long have you been on fido? Depending on your plan and how long you have been with them, they usually give you a credit for a new phone. thats what I did, I got 135 dollar credit off a handset and my bro got 150 off. He got the seimens a56 for nothing. You should give them a call first.

Fido doesn't have a lost/stolen program that I am aware of but like V_boy said they do have HUP (Hardware Upgrade Program). You build up credit over the months you have been with them and you can use it towards the price of a new phone. So just call them and ask about it.

Good luck with that. They tried to convince me for half an hour to stay with them when I decided to cut off from FIDO. And I know other people where the rep actually yelled at them when they tried to terminate their contract.
