Hi,

I have installed my sidemarkers myself and I am having some problems.

They don't sit perfectly on the car (because of the design of the metal clip) and I was wondering if there is a way to seal it better and maybe get it closer to the car. Is sillicone a good idea?

The other issue is that I had a choice between the red and the green wire... green flashes but is not always on and red is always on but doesn't flash... I taught os using a normally open relay to have them on and flashing with signal. Is there another easier way to do it?

Thanks for your help guys.

you gotta use silicone, or your fender will rust from the inside out...

yes silicone is a good idea, it will protect it from moisture going inside the metal

y don't you hook it up to your signal lights? does yours stay on and blink when u signal?
