Stumbled upon this while surfing - a historical record of an auto racing facility that could have been in Happy Valley (where the community of Valley Ridge is currently located). I knew of Happy Valley and a lot of what was there but never was aware that a racing facility was proposed for that area as well - link (https://books.google.ca/books?id=zLcCXErWxuQC&pg=PA123&lpg=PA124&ots=wkHGn2VOwI&focus=viewport&dq=fort+macleod+race+track&output=html_text) to article.

Ya, there was a go-kart track there, and they wanted to expand it to a full on race track. Imagine if it was built, how long it would've lasted before the residential growth in the area complained about it.

In before the next Asian is disappointed this thread wasn't referring to Happy Valley HK (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Happy_Valley,_Hong_Kong)

Is it really my fault for not looking at who the OP was before I clicked?
