Description :

I've owned this car for just under 10 years and have put countless hours of blood sweat and tears into the car. It's time for me to move onto something new and see if someone else wants to enjoy it. I lost count long ago what I have invested into the car, but it's well over $15k over the years.

Up until recently, the aftermarket support for this chassis had been fairly lacking, so I have custom made numerous parts for it and purchased some as well. Some of the parts include:

Rod end rear suspension arm setup
Rod end front tension rods
Full 3" stainless steel exhaust, v-band joints
Coilover mounts (now commercially available)
Full ducting from intercooler to radiator
Upper intake plenum
Intercooler piping (blow-thru MAF setup)
Turbo relocation manifold with external wastegate.
Fuel pressure regulator mount and various other component mounts

I swapped the entire interior from bright red to black, including new headliner material and custom wrapped arm rest.

All maintenance completed in the last few years as well, fresh timing belt/water pump/all seals on front end, brake bleed, transmission and differential gear oil, coolant flush, probably lots I am forgetting.

Below is a list of parts installed on the car to the best of my memory.

The car is fully registered and insured in alberta. I have driven the car recently, but don't put a ton of miles on it. I have recently moved to BC. I can have someone show the car to interested parties, but will have to make a trip out to calgary to test drive the car for those that are absolutely serious.

The car will need a few things to be 100%. It will need a professional alignment, I've got it close with the tape measure method but it should be dialed in by a pro to maximize the car's potential. It could use a professional tune as well. I've given it a good safe basic tune on the road, but again it should see some dyno time to get it dialed. The car could also use new rear subframe bushings, the ones that I installed a number of years ago never fit perfectly and when the suspension loads up in reverse there's an audible clunk from the bushings moving on the mounts. Could also use a height adjustment when doing the alignment, the rears should come up a half inch or so to even everything out. There is rust on the rear 1/4 panels behind the wheels, I have parts to replace this but bodywork scares the pants off me. The paint is in decent condition as well but would do well with a good cut/polish and wax.

Again, the amount of time, money and effort put into this car is significant. It has been my baby for the better part of 10 years.

Bump, coming back to calgary for the weekend of May 1st-3rd. If there's any interest, that'll be the time to view it. There's a chance I'll be bringing it home with me after that weekend, so if you want it while it's still registered in AB, now is the time.
