First time I've ever seen red and green together when faulty. Only seen 'em with red (or yellow) flashing.

What is one supposed to do in that case? I'd assume call 311 and treat it as a stop sign?

AFAIK, treat like a 4-way stop.

I called 311, others have too from what the operator was saying.

Actually for something like that, 911 would be my first call. Potential damage to life and property.

Best I've ever saw was 4 greens, in a 4-way intersection...... that was scary

^wow, insurance would have a gong show on their hands trying to find whose at fault in the event of an accident.

I agree. 911 would be my first call.

If people were following the 4 way rule Id phone 311, if I saw a close call I'd phone 911. Really depends on the person really.

I thought this wasn't supposed to possible, but I guess it is. They always tell us that if there is an error in the system, the signal controller would throw the blinking red/yellows or all-reds.

Guess so, lol. That's pretty scary knowing the quality of driver's we've got in this city. "But the green light was ON!!!"

That's either an easter egg planted by a programmer, or someone didn't needs to build in some error handling...
