Looking to have ~ 700sqft of hardwood to be installed. Would need the installer to remove the exiting carpet and prep the floors for the hardwood install. Looking for installation of real hardwood.
Looking to have some window trim painted as well as the basement painted as well.
Recommendations for trades people are appreciated.
