26 foot Color: White enclosed trailer with Bula millright decals on the side, White/Yellow Acura Integra Type R Race Car inside, stolen last night from Evanston

I do not have the plate of the trailer right now, will post it later.

man stolen cars are out of control in Calgary, wtf is CPS doing about it? Trailer certainly stands out I will keep my eyes open for it. What a shitty way to start your season:thumbsdow

You might be shocked to know that MOST stolen vehicles on a weekday are left running with their keys still in the ignition (warming up vehicles, stopping in at 7-11 etc), so it starts with people not leaving their damn cars unlocked and running.

Case like this, probably targeted.

CPS is doing fingerprinting and investigation so not sure yet.

Not even close there Chicken Little.

When I first started in insurance in 1999, we used to get one or two clients per week with stolen vehicle. Now, I might get three or four a year. That's it. Stolen vehicles are almost a thing of the past.

Yes, but back then you didn't have media that was as freely accessible to talk about it when it happened!

It's got more to do with factory built in anti-theft devices. A 1998 Chevy half ton can be started with a flathead screwdriver & hammer in about 20 seconds including the time it takes to get in. A modern version of the same vehicle, not so much.
