If he walks I'll be really surprised.

If he walks which would be a shock, I don't see the NFL reinstating him

Be prepared because I think it's 50-50.

No murder weapon.
No eye witnesses.

Without the two, there's plenty of room for reasonable doubt. Especially when Hernandez can afford some damn good lawyers.

Isn't he facing 2 other murder charges?

correct:

Even full acquittals here will not allow him to walk out of the Fall River Justice Center a free man. Hernandez still faces a litany of charges in Massachusetts that will keep him locked up for the time being.

The most pressing are two counts of murder in Suffolk County for the deaths of Daniel de Abreu and Safiro Furtado in the early morning hours of July 16, 2012, in Boston’s South End neighborhood.

What would you do if you were sentenced to life in prison with no parole?

Could you do the time knowing the world will move on and change, while you're stuck in a prison for the rest of your life until you die?

No room on my fantasy football team for this loser, I'll continue to draft only child beaters (AP) and drug heads (long list) every year. Low bar on character in the NFL.

The best part of him going being found guilty is that the prison is really close to Gillette stadium, and he'll be able to hear the games when they are going on.

Even better is the fact that due to his celebrity status he will probably be in isolation for the first 5-10 years.

It is a shame that they couldn't just give him the needle instead of having taxpayers pay for his incarceration.

Oddly enough, cheaper to put him in prison then to kill him.
