Pains me to do this and who knows I might change my mind but I’d like to see if there’s interest out there.

I’m the original owner of the car, bought new from Calgary Honda back in September of 2004 (holy shit that was a long time ago!). 2004 model, which was by far the best year as is came 5 lug and with updated headlights/taillights/etc. Car was winter driven for a couple of years when I first bought it but it hasn’t seen snow in 5 years, in fact its barely has seen rain or any driving for that matter in the last 3 years. No accidents (rear was bumped in a parking lot one time that scratched the bumper, it buffed out) other than that car is in awesome shape and I would doubt there’s many EP3’s out there in better condition. Car has 99,xxx kms’ (will need to double check to get exact #). Car has never been smoked in and rarely ever eaten in.

Engine has been more than well maintained with synthetic since first oil change (religiously done at 5k km’s or less now that it barely gets driven) and I have a stack of maintenance receipts to prove it. Everything drives great, entire brake system was serviced and replaced a couple years back (hardly has any km’s on it). The ABS light is on (and doesn’t work) as one of the rear abs lines got broken and I’ve never cared to fix it. Has new Buddy Club RSD coilovers (not cheap!), CTR sway bar, Skunk2 LCA’s, end links, etc which were put in couple years ago with a couple hundred bucks worth of new hardware from Honda to get rid of all the rusty nuts/bolts (maybe 10k km’s since then). I have replaced the floor mats 4 or 5 times (they get dirty/worn out) and the window visors twice (couldn’t get all the small scratches out so I replaced them)… yes I know I have a problem haha.

I’ve listed the cars current aftermarket parts below, some of which I’m keeping or parting separately which I’ve listed separately. If you’re interested in me completely stripping it back to stock (or closer to stock) we can talk and negotiate something. I’m also willing to sell it exactly as is for the right price but I highly doubt anyone’s interested in that but PM me if you’re seriously interested.
