I'm curious what everyone's opinion on this is. Judging by the comments out there, it seems like more parents are opposed to the new curriculum than not.

I don't have any issues with the changes... But then again, I don't have any kids haha.

You have the choice to opt out if you don't agree with the curriculum. Plus the curriculum isn't even that bad IMO - paraphrased articles make it sound a lot worse than it is.

I've always valued sexual education, its an important thing to learn...

Reading the article and nothing seems outrageous. Seems like perfectly good material that has become a concern in today's world.

Like mentioned earlier, if it conflicts with your beliefs you can remove your child. It surprises me that so many people are opposed to it. Maybe there was 1 mega crazy mom that turned everyone :dunno:
