How badly is the wastegate damaged?

its tough to explain, if you cant follow what i mean- i can send a pic: there is a bushing that sits in the wastegate passage way, it seems as if it was never meant to come out- but it did, and i cant get it back in. so the hole the flapper is supposed to cover, isnt fully covered on one side. i would think a 34mm flapper and some porting to accomodate it should clear up any issues.

should be able to drive the bushing back in with a hammer

Still got the turbo. I will take it if you do, but it has to come with the waste gate actuator, it's all I really need. I am also on calg.dsm.org. under the same name. Get me here or there. Thanks.
