Outerwear fitness for winter?

I was thinking of purchasing some outerwear products for the winter for running and cycling. Been looking at Under Armour Coldgear products. There's two versions that I could find: Evo and Infrared. Can someone specify of what the differences are or recommend any other product that you like?
