I am selling my 1999 Nissan Skyline GTR V-Spec in order to purhcase an R35 GTR. The car is in excellent shape both inside and out.
The car is stock with absolutely no mechanical modifications. There is a pioneer navigation unit installed, however.
The car is currently registered and insured in AB. There were not problems registering the car, and a recent appraisal is available for insurance companies to have ful coverage on the car.

Can you break down the asking price for me?

I am interested in purchasing a R34 V-spec, But most of the ones I find for sale are in the $25-$29k dollar range, these numbers reflect lower KM units with no modifications also.
