Insurance inspection on older vehicle

I'm trying to learn manual and I have a friend that's generous enough to gift me his old 1999 Toyota Tercel. I'm only looking to keep it for a month or so and have someone else that's ready to take it after I'm done with it. Only thing wrong with the car is that it's got a cracked windshield. Just wondering if anyone knows if there's an insurance company that doesn't require a inspection.

We have two companies that will write you without an inspection in your situation.

Also, most companies give you a certain period of time to get that inspection done, and will insure you in the meantime. . . .

I'd pass with a cracked windsheild...but I'm in med hat. ;)
