Ummmm, since I'm guessing that you bought your unit in Calgary, the Canadian versions of the MZ-N505 don't come with a remote, thats US only. So you might want to find another pic without the remote, or PS it, because people might think it comes with a remote.

Yup, that's a big hassle there.

The sellers on here never cease to amaze me with their utter laziness and lack of motivation to make a deal happen.

i would not want to ship that item either. sell locally. md are too fragile to risk mailing the item. way too much headache.

i have one like this, and paid 200+. they are worth it. if you buy it, use the realplayer free software to use the music transfer. the sony software sucks. although real sucks too, their md transfer is good. dont use the paid version. they have a free version.

btw, the batteries last a real, real long time. these units rock!

It uses AA batteries which is good as it gets great life from them and the are available everywhere. It even has a charge feature for NI-MH Batteries (with the AC).
