CFIA Consumer Advisory - Iron Cross Blister Beetles in Imported Pre-packaged Leafy Vegetables.

No recall, just an advisory but thought all should know - sounds like the CFIA hasn't narrowed anything down with respect to distribution or source and thus why it's probably just as advisory. Also, it' sounds like you won't get ill if consuming one of these bugs - blisters is about it, link (http://www.inspection.gc.ca/about-the-cfia/newsroom/food-recall-warnings/complete-listing/2015-05-29/eng/1432941858067/1432941861259) to CFIA advisory.

Not specifically addressed in this CFIA overview guideline, link (http://www.gftc.ca/knowledge-library/file.aspx?id=73bf2c7d-7beb-45d2-a0d1-81456a71db62), but one can see why a recall probably wasn't announced. Not enough bugs yet.

Some related news stories - link 1 (http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/saskatoon/saskatoon-woman-shocked-to-find-big-brightly-coloured-beetle-in-packaged-organic-spinach-1.3091328) and link 2 (http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/toronto/beetle-makes-surprise-appearance-in-ontario-woman-s-organic-salad-1.3090610). One of the found beetles was reported to be almost toonie sized - chains so far where products have been purchased are Sobeys and Loblaws, sound like it is something that is not of their control.
