Does anyone have experience going to acupuncture or massage therapy to treat IT Band friction and recommendation for where to go? I don't have any physio money left in my benefits otherwise I would go back.

I've also been doing some form of hip exercise almost every day in the last month and rolling. It came back yesterday and I'm not sure why because earlier that week and the week before I ran with no problems at all.

Need to start training for spartan and tough mudder. I'm praying to the injury gods to take me off their list.

edit: Just realized I forgot to ask for recommendations for where to go...
