so i just got a few parts to make a decent computer and baought a Xp2400 Procc and a Asus A7V8X - MX - UAY mobo and when i first installed windows i installed the Video driver that comes with the MOBO, but while i was doing the XP service1 one, the computer crashed from me doing various things trying to see what it could handle.
so after it crashed it didnt want to load windows any more so i had to repair the installation, i failed to mention that with out this Video driver, when scrolling through web pages, the scroll is choppy and some times lags, after installing it thought it was nice and smooth scrolling.
Wel my problem is that now that i have reapired the windows installation, it tells me that i cant Install the Video driver any more and to look at the "windows log" to see more information any one have any suggestion as to the remedy of this problem?
