I have some pretty standard 16x30 paving stones down the side of my house that are quite old and have over the years been subject to various abuse, stains and whatnot. I would like to improve the appearance of the pathway. Does anyone here have experience with any of the concrete resurfacing products out there? Anyone know what a good product might be to use that won't chip or flake off after a winter or two?

Aren't these things like $20 a piece? Just buy new ones. :dunno:

invest in a good gas powered pressure washer.

I was going to suggest the same thing. They are way less than $20 unless they're fancy. 24X30's are only $9. 12X12's are $4. 8X16's are $1.75. I don't see 16X30's though. You can even get fake "Eco" material slabs for less than $10/each.

If you absolutely must keep them, try a power washer first. Or get some concrete/driveway cleaner from Home Depot. Companies like Zep make it, and scrub away.

If we can't wash our cars on the drive way I can't see how that can go down the sewer.

Yes you guys are right, i suppose these blocks are fairly cheap so i might as well just get new ones. I have tried the pressure washing but the stains and such don't come out.
