US will attempt to argue that he was the mastermind behind the flash crash that wiped out Tens of Billion of dollars that day (it was actually more like less than fifteen minutes) and probably shut down thousands of US businesses.
Facing 380 years in jailtime and litigation in both UK and US. He did all his trading from his hometown, by mouseclick. His profile also seems to show that he did not drive, and was described as "pathologically frugal".
I guess there is hope for younguns afterall ;)
