Spotted: massive rear view mirror!

Not all that exciting, took the picture a couple weeks ago, I've noticed that when you see these wide rectangular rear view mirrors the driver is Asian, this fellow was Caucasian however. This is the widest one I've seen yet.

They are called "Wink" mirrors... And became huge in the import scene. I personally think they are silly.

My dad has one of those but much thinner in his car, because there's no shoulder checking with harnesses.

Most of the cars I've seen these mirrors in albeit are primarily imports, do not appear to be modified. I can understand if you are in a car that utilizes a harness as twin cam mentioned, but in a car that uses Joe blow seatbelts?
