We need more arrow control.

Perhaps now you guys will understand why I've always advocated an arrow registry in Alberta. I knew this would happen, it was only a question of when.

Was it a green arrow?

ive always wondered why bows/crossbows arent considered "firearms" or required to be registered like firearms. Anyone with a decent shot could literally.. assassinate someone.

Mostly because a bow/crossbow is not something from which a projectile can be discharged by an explosion caused by igniting gunpowder or the like.

Most of the firearms that you are required to register are actually some of the least dangerous. Not that I am for gun registry in the least at it doesn't do squat, but I just find it funny.
If I want to assassinate somebody I think I'd choose a 303, 30-06, 300wm to do it rather than a piddly 9mm.

Pink. This is what happens to guys that are incapable of giving 1/10 of a singular fuck towards breast cancer awareness.

If we had a dedicated arrow lane, they probably wouldn't have collided.

CBC news just said the person who was shot was targeted.

What's to stop the next person from going into a school with an assault bow and at shooting 5 or 6 children?

Those are big, slow calibres by comparison. IMO not the right tool for the job. A 22/250 would be a much better bet for an assassination. Even a "piddly" .22 can be deadly accurate at a decent range and most importantly, quiet.

Needs pics. Otherwise I think pencils are more deadly.

I'd wager very few people are choosing .22-250 and .22 over .300wm for shooting that requires maximum energy transfer to target. .22-250 is a bit faster in some cases, but the energy transfer is anemic when you stack it against .300wm

Big scientific way to say that bigger rounds are more powerful than smaller rounds lol

At the end of the day a .22 will be just as deadly to a human as any other calibre.

I knew a person who survived getting shot in the head with .22, I don't think they'd have made it through a thirty-aught-six! :nut:
