Haha no it's not. It's too bad I don't have a class 6 or bike yet. It looks like the kind of ride I'd enjoy (assuming it really is an easy cruise with no show boating and speeding).

If you're planning another ride like this closer to the end of the season, I should have my license and a bike and might tag along if I'm feeling comfortable enough by then.

I'd meet up with you if you want to modify the route a touch and meet me at 22x and 37th st? There is a lot there that the cyclists use

Damn I'd so join you of I was back in the C dot. That's one of my favorite rides close to Calgary.
D's, I'd lend yout my cruiser if I had insurance on it. Shit. It's just sitting there beside my house, haven't ridden it since August. Poor thing.

It's a longish highway cruise for the most part, no real nice twisties to make it fun at legal speeds but then again this is Alberta and there just isn't that much here in the form of roads with twisties that can be fun at legal or close to legal speeds. Got to head to B.C. and some of their more remote highways for that stuff.

Enjoy your ride though - great day for a cruise.

BTW, here's some BC routes to try out - great fun in a motorbike or even a 4 wheeled conveyance. None of these are necessarily long rides in themselves but certainly could be combined to make a great longer weekend jaunt...

Louis Creek to Sinmax Creek Road, BC (https://www.google.ca/maps/dir/Sinmax+Creek+Rd,+Thompson-Nicola+O,+BC+V0E/Louis+Creek,+BC+V0E/@51.1123929,-120.0931245,11z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m13!4m12!1m5!1m1!1s0x537fa7f6f718a0a7:0xbb9632acb3bc0712!2m2!1d-119.7890441!2d51.077531!1m5!1m1!1s0x537fa28f04b5844d:0x58d52f550ef71229!2m2!1d-120.122278!2d51.138241) - 34km of remote paved 2 lane that is so great to drive - the more adventurous can take the forestry road south to Squilax, mix of hardpack gravel and pavement with amazing views, climbs and descents.
