So I bought this car last year, did the basics to it, coilovers, wheels, clean it up, intake and exhaust PBM high mount intercooler...eventually did a haltech at Vex performance and enjoyed it for the summer! Parked it over winter, contemplated selling it, finally got sick of Kijiji lowballers/tire kickers and ordered a few more parts for it....

Full Race EFR 76/70 turbo kit
Greddy 70mm intake mani (ebay throttle body as you cant find N15 anymore)
Tomei oil cooler
Koyo rad
HKS head gasket
Tomei pon cams
Radium fuel rail with ID1300 injectors and tomei regulator
Wahlboro 425lph fuel pump
Radium catch can
ISIS dual 4" blast pipes...also have a tomei DD I havent installed yet (the ricer in me likes noise, for now anyways)
HKS triple plate clutch
OS Giken 1-3 gear set in an s13 5 speed trans
Pats driveline 1 piece drive shaft
Chase bays power steering relocate
Circuit sports rad overflow

There might be some stuff I'm missing but this is all the big stuff, I pulled the motor in the spring to do HG and the Trans swap, I'm not big on taking lots of photos but here is some of the car.

How much power are you planning to make and do you think the block will hold together very long?

Your S15 is very clean!

I'm hoping to make 400 WHP on VEX dyno, I was planning on doing water meth and adding some fail safe sensors to the haltech, however I decided to hold off for now! Guys have made 400whp all over the place on stock blocks and they've held together, the pistons and crosshatch looked good when I had the head off so hopefully it holds together!

Thanks for the compliment!

Awesome, what is that turbo capable of flowing / how much power can it make strapped to a SR20?
If you go with a meth setup in the future Aquamist makes great stuff.
You should post some pictures of all your Full Race goodies before they are installed. I have always heard great things about their products.

Jimmy figures this turbo can make 650ish WHP with a built bottom end, if I do end up building I will be pushing to find that out! I was going to do an aquamist setup, I still might by the end of the summer! Unfortunately I don't have any pics of the full race stuff before install, it took like 10 weeks to get it from order so I was a little anxious to get it all installed. (it's all heat wrapped as well)

Hopefully you don't mind living with a little turbo lag, that's a good sized turbo if it will support that much power. Post a dyno graph once everything gets sorted. I am interested at what RPM you will hit your targeted boost levels.

Thanks!

It's booked in for the tune next week, I'll post the chart up after I get it! The trans definitely doesn't help with the responsiveness either, doing the street tune it hits 80 in first...pretty tall gears.

I might need it if I don't hit my power goal!!!

So I have a DEI turbo blanket, it lasted all of 50 kms before the stitching let go, I sent DEI an email regarding the matter, within 20 mins I had a response, they requested pics of the blanket and a copy of the invoice, both were provided and my new blanket as well as a t shirt is in the mail at no charge!! This is top notch customer service, which is definitely hard to come by these days!

So I had it tuned last night by Jimmy @ vex, we made some power, the boost was falling off however so I am going to order a new wastegate spring and hopefully have him do a race gas tune as well.

Mountain of torque starting from 3k RPM. Impressed as always with those EFRs.

Damn, nice numbers.
It is a shame we don't have any E85 here.

Great numbers - good to know about the VP fuel piece. I'd like to get some race gas in my mustang.

Thanks! I'm pretty happy with it, nice and responsive, I need to put some different trans fluid in though...its a little bit rough. I'm going to try mt90 as I have had good luck with that in the past!
