Leading up to it, all the talk was around Kimi keeping his seat or not, with Ricciardo even throwing his hat into the ring... and Vettel subsequently backing Kimi lol.

Honda could benefit from a retro active rule change that would allow them 1 extra power unit this year! Lots of other rule change discussions going on.

Williams leap frogging Ferrari was the story of qualifying, affirming my earlier prediction that Ferrari won't get their second race victory this year.

Just when everyone criticizes F1 for being boring, we get this race action haha. So good! If only Williams let Bottas pass Massa... And now it might rain haha. I hope it rains.

It was quite exciting and I was cheering for the Williams early in the race, but it was never meant to be with how much pace the Mercedes have. Kind of feel bad for Massa that Vettel beat him to the podium. Bottas was nowhere once it got wet and quite surprisingly dropped so far back compared to his teammate.

Very entertaining race and loved the rain to spice things up at the end. Hamilton switched back to his 2014 clutch design after recent bad starts and seemed to be even with Nico, but still a mystery to me how Williams managed that launch for both cars. Sucks Williams didn't make the podium.

Alonso gets his first points and Ron Dennis calls Eddie Jordan a village idiot. Too bad for Button at his home race.

Boo-urns to the 3 week gap without the German GP.

According to Nico, the torque map that they had was the wrong one for how much traction the track has. They have already dialed it down and it was still too much wheelspin.

Best race of the year, for sure. Best race in a long time.

Yea it was a great race to watch. That magic pit for Hamilton and Vettel was awesome. I have never been so happy to see Vettel get on the podium.

Also did anyone else notice how Rosberg was stupid sour to hamilton in the winners room again?

Just when you think things are going to get better between them...

I hope MB dumps his ass asap. Lewis doesnt deserve that shit.

Nothing unusual there. If it were the other way around Hamilton, it would have been the same. They are both very competitive and do not like losing to each other. I thought Rosberg was should have been content with the results given how the rain limited the damage to only 7 points, not the 13 points that he was behind Hamilton at one point in the race. I guess he wasn't happy with how he didn't come in at the right time and thought that he would have had a chance to pass Hamilton if they come in at the same time.

Poor Kimi. He was beating Vettel all weekend until that one badly timed tire change.

My son and his g/f were at this race. He got pit passes from someone local and got invited into Verstappens garage and a tour of the place. Gave him some free Red Bulls lol.
