Less than 1 ohm?... you mean 0.5ohm?
There are a few competetion amps that will do that.
However, if you are driving 2 subs, and you have it down to 0.5 ohm, why not run them in paralell, and go 2 ohm, you will have more luck finding an amp.
Especially for 150-250.
I thought JL 10's usually had 2 4 ohm voice coils. That would make it 1 ohm if that's the case. Would be best of with a JL audio amp. Most of their monoblock amps are 1 ohm stable.

I'm assuming you have two 10" JL's with dual voice coils, and that you have wired the voice coils to run in parallel, so the subs are now 2ohms each. You are probably planning to run these in parallel as well so you now have the amp load down to 1 ohm. This will be loud but remember you lose some sound quality as the load gets reduced.

Good luck trying to find a 1000w 1ohm stable amp for 200 bucks by the way. If I run into a decent amp for sale I'll let you know.

JL amps are 1.5 ohm stable.

To run 1.5ohm mono the amp has to be able to handle .75ohm. Some older Phoenix Gold and Soundstream should be able to handle this. Not going to find much in that price range I don't think. Try Ebay. If in Calgary call Jay at Audio Concepts Mobile.

2 6ohm loads in parallel will be 3 ohms...

They are probably DVC's.
You will need a 1 ohm stable amp.
JL makes many good ones, including a 500/1 which would probably do the trick, the down side, they are not cheap.
Could try used, like at pawn shops and stuff.
A lot of the Pheonix Gold amps are 1 ohm stable as well (or so I am told, no experiece here).

bunch of newbies here....

God, this guy has like 200 bucks to spend and you suggest to him an amp that is like 600 bucks. Lets try this again, he has two sub each with either single or dual 6 ohm VCs, that means he has two options, either 6 ohm load or 1.5 ohm load.

For that much money you really are limited to your options, if you have dvc subs, you are probably going to find it a lot easier to match a decent amp to push those subs, cuz at 6 ohms, not many amps are going to push jack shit.

Suggestion wise, I would suggest a JBL 1200.1, I know they can be had for this price used, you just gotta look around. Its probably your best bet.

LOL The n00bs are schooling the veterans here. :D

A 1200.1 would be a good deal. For the amount of power, you'll be paying about $400 CDN used.

The only amp I could suggest that would fit your budget and do a mediocre job on the subs would be a Sony XM-7527. DON'T LAUGH. They are the Mobile ES series and stable down to 1 ohm mono. Those should be picked up for around $200. The only thing is, I don't know if they're going to be enough for 3 subs...I'm assuming these subs are W6's? They should be efficient enough. Put them in a ported box and it should work fine.

Otherwise, be ready to spend upwards of 600 bucks on a newer amp.

Honestly, he just picked up the wrong choice of subs leaving you with shitty wiring combinations. If you have d6 VC's, you might as well have three of them.

I agree with the JBL1200.1

I refuse to believe that. No matter what subs you have and what final impedance config you have, there's ALWAYS an amp that'll work with the setup. You sometimes just have to look a little deeper. :)
