So there are a few PCIe cards out there that fit the bill almost for what I'm looking for. Hopefully a H/W guru out there has seen the exact item I am searching for

2x SATA III ports
USB 3.0 19/20 pin header to feed USB 3 to the front case panel
Low profile

So ASUS, MSI and Transcend all come close to fitting the bill, with the exception of the 19/20 pin USB header. I can find all manner of PCIe USB 3.0 cards that work but they lack the 2x sata ports. Any one know of a PCIe solution for what I'm looking for?

Thanks much!!

If you have only 1 slot avail, from a parts standpoint - you're probably better off omitting the 3.0 internal header requirement; just run a USB 3.0 powered hub to the front of the box.

(this is an example of the card I am referring to)

(there might be others, but this just came up on a quick search, which you've probably seen already).

Indeed, trying to avoid any funky external to internal cabling. If I could pivot the usb ports on a card like that one 90 degrees and then just route a cable up front I would indeed do that.

Thanks!
