Hi,
I have a 99 malibu with a Delco cd radio.I think it needs to be cleaned because it skips very easly.Does anybody know where i can get a kit or somthing to clean it without pulling it out?I know here in quebec are roads are horrible but somtimes even the smallest jolt makes it skip.Somtimes it happens when im not even moving.Any ideas?

also forgot to mention it really only happens with burnt cd's.

burnt CD's are notorious for poor reading capabilitis anyways, however you should be able to find a kit from london drugs or such that has a small brush glued onto the bottom of the CD, this will sweep the lens clean.

u can also try burning the cds at the slowest speed.

Hi,

I used the cleaning cd which was recomended and the cd player dosent skip at all now.Thank god im not ready to replace it yet!
