I heard somewhere that the Starion was the car of one of the people who worked on the show. All of the cars in the street scenes are supposed to be.

They're missing a lot of cars on the list. They listed the Volvo from the dealership but not the SLK 230.

Decent start of a list tho. The best car is the Lebaron vert, at least in how it was integrated into the story lines.

There were a couple episodes where the Saab was featured.

The first was when he went to buy the car, and Kramer goes on a test drive to see how long it can run on empty, ending in a Thelma and Louise moment with the salesman.

The Blood, where it ran out of coolant and Kramer fills it with blood he's transporting because he doesn't believe in blood banks.

The bottle deposit, where Brad Garrett steals the car.

The pothole, where Elaine drives the Saab.

The Puerto Rican day parade, where black saab has a thing going with Maroon Golf. This episode isn't syndicated much anymore because of the flag burning backlash.

Haha, just watched it on the DVD...it's in the episode on my version (don't recall what I have seen on the TV episode). The DVD only has one scene as a deleted scene for that episode. But it's one when Elaine, Kramer and Newman are in the van with the dog and they get pulled over by a cop.

The Starion hung on for a long time. I saw it in numerous shows. And I love seeing these images - they remind me of good times.
