the funny part is, people on ebay are taking the drive out, and selling ONLY the drive, for more than the whole item is selling for!

Good luck finding a first generation one. It seems that Creative is releasing the new MUVO2's with the microdrive soldered down onto the shell. You can tell if it's the soldered version by the extra letter "a" at the end of MUVO2a.
