Wow... these don't show up often:

Hello Guys,

Selling my last personal project after having worked on it over the last year I can say now the car is more that presentable in order to offer it for sale.

I picked up the car myself in Danemark in sept 2014. It was in a fairly good condition when I initially got it but it wasn't up to my standards so I have replaced a few things (all in new form) and refreshed a few elements on it such as:

All new badges
New Cam belt cover
New brakes all around (pads and rotors)
New Toyo tires (T1-R)
New transmission and transfer case seal
New transfer case chain
All fluid changed
New heavy duty Cometic intake maifold gasket
New Idle air controller
New Morettes rally style headlights
New front bumper flashers
New rear wing seal
New hardware (OE) here and there
New OE shifter knob
New electric window switch (x1)
New shifter boot (leatherette non factory but very nice finish)
Powder coated front shocks and springs (bilstein shocks)
Powder coated rear springs
Powder coated front bumper support bar
Powder coated front bumper grill
Front bumper factory red respray
Hood grill factory red respray

The car has had a full polish and there is not a single spot of rust on it. It has electric sunroof, electric mirrors, power steering, electric door locks, factory RDS ford 2006 radio, factory Carello headlights come with the car as well. AC was initially factory installed but has been removed due to bigger intercooler mounting. Oil cooler radiator was also fitted in the car at some point by previous owner. Indoor cover also included. Car comes with 2 keys, the owner's manual and service booklet. Factory air box to be installed before sale if future owner request it.
Door stickers can be removed within a few minutes if new owner wishes not to have them.

The car has 151 000km but the cylinder head has been refreshed by previous owner. I have pictures of intake runners and valves when I changed the intake gasket and all look fresh! :)

Engine has a bigger turbo (Garett) than originally equipped with and is producing around 300hp. ECU mapping was changed accordingly. Boost is set at 20psi at the moment with manual boost controller. car is quick on highway but laggy at low revs. Clutch is also not factory but reinforced.

Downside:

ABS light is on due to rear abs sensor at fault (going to take care of that in the winter if car is not sold by then)
Headliner is sagging a bit on the side but not drastically (going to take care of that in the winter if car is not sold by then)
Neon style cluster lighting not working. Only has back up regular light bulb functioning (around 400 to 500$ to fix)

Over all the car is in a great condition but I insist on saying that it is not new!!! Whoever will buy it will buy a 20 years old car which has been well serviced over the last few months and could very well be driven across the country without any issue. I have myself drove the car for about 5000km (half in Europe, half in Canada).

This is an iconic car that will surely never depreciate over the upcoming years. It was build in Germany and tune by Cosworth a UK company. Ford produced just a little over 7000 of these bad boys from 1992 until 1996. Engine is a 2.0 16v which produced 227hp from factory.

I have worked many hours in order to bring back the car to its former glory and I am only selling because I want to work on my next project. Many parts are still available in the UK and it only takes about a week or two to get them so relatively quick.

I am asking 50 000$ Cad negotiable in person only

Car can be seen and inspected from top to bottom anytime!

Thank you for looking and I stay available for any further information

This car just belongs on a gravel road where you can rally it. Those photos look awesome.

What a cool car

^I'm not 100% sure but I think they have one of these or maybe it's an MG rally car at Dirtfish in Seattle. I really wanted to go check it out when I was in Vancouver (mainly because of the Prodrive WRC2000) but couldn't find the time. :(
