hi fellow beyonders,
looking to buy a 2014 glk 250 bluetec, on carproof and registration it does not show it is a 4matc. i know in 2015, glk 250 bluetec is standard with 4matic, how about 2014?

thanks a bunch!

From my few hours research I think only 2015 GLK250 started with 4matic.

Sorry to hijack... Does anyone know the difference between GLK250 and GLK350?

Funny, was just PMing with Beyond's MB expert before making a thread on the GLK250/350 difference

I'm not a SUV expert, but AFAIK, all GLK's in Canada are 4matic. RWD was only available in US spec with the GLK 350. The 250's were all 4matic in North America.

As for the differences, aside from the engine, the 350 comes with the AMG body pieces and 20" wheels, while the 250 comes with 19" wheels. You can order the sport package to make the 2 identical.

Love the look of these, but why on earth do they not put more power into these...

Cause da soccer moms don't need it. But even then, look at da torque on the Bluetec Diesel model.

And they're going with less power when the GLC comes out.

Only the base spec GLC has been announced. It makes more power than the GLK250.

We're probably getting the GLC350e PHEV, which makes more power than the GLK350.

I read somewhere we might see a GLC63 this round.

I really like my 11 GLK350. The power is adequate for driving around town.
