Any beyonders living in Ramsay or neighbouring hoods?

Likes, dislikes? Things that the neighbourhood is lacking?

I rented a place in Ramsay once, close to Inglewood, transit, downtown. Lots of places on 9th ave to look at, eat, shop, etc, and I would just walk there. Had to walk around the tracks though. A lot of run down places, not as nice inglewood or other inner city places, train runs right through Ramsay and is loud.

I grew up around there and it has cleaned up a bit but not as much as Inglewood. Some part are still very delapitated especially around the Shamrock and Lilydale slaughter house.
