Most drivers of vehicles like this don't give a shit. I see taxi cars driving around on donuts or having marker or headlights out.
It's a source of income but repairs cut into those costs and proper maintenance isn't done.

Here is the thing, Im sure the operator look at the back end once after he noticed something odd.
But if he was on level ground/pavement probably isnt there a chance that nothing would have looked out of place? :dunno: (the noise it would have made is another question)

Yea I certainly would not have taken it up to hwy speeds.
