What are you using for oil (synthetic?)?

Hey guys just curious what you are running for oil in your ST? I plan to drive the car year round. I was told when I bought the car that it has synthetic, however it does not according to Ford and the receipts I found. Just wondering what I should look at going to?

Castrol Edge 5W30 religiously every 5,000km. I fill to the 5.4L manual spec. Seems fine.
