Well, I'm broke, but I finally got my turbo working today after I worked on it all weekend. Damn turbo needs to be rebuilt in a bad way. I was blowing so much blue smoke I couldn't even see the cars behind me. haha:rofl: , I feel played:( . Oh well.... Damn thing is fast tho! hitting 9psi feels really fast! Sounds sick too. Oh well, I guess back to stock untill I can get a new turbo. Its going to be a long night.....:(

Ya that sucks man....

Sorta like my situation... well not really.

Machine shop that honed my block fucked up on it, and they used a dry hone, and thats not the right procedure, and we asked them, do you know how to do this.... yes we've done it before...

Anyways they messed up and the hone bound up on the FRM coating and put small gouges into the lining, they gave it back to us thinking we wouldn't notice.....

Now we have to take the block in to be rebored at a different location (Alberta Something and Grind... forget the name)

And I have to buy oversized type s pistons and buy oversized rings, the rings alone are 220 bucks.

Good luck!

Corey

When the nut comes off of the impeller it is usually from surge or charge reversion, do you have a BOV or recyling valve ?
