kinda looks like a gas pedal being stuck lol, she had her brakes on then the car sped then she braked again and then jumped out

Recently purchased vehicles in California rarely have "normal" plates, I think they are allowed to rock an in-transit/piece of paper style license plate on the dash for up to 3 months after purchase.
